By engaging our lawn mowing services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Services Provided
Our services include standard lawn mowing, edging, and blowing. Additional services may be requested and will be quoted separately. Examples of these would be hedging, garden bed clearance, garden waste removal and weed control.
Pricing
Prices are quoted based on the size of the lawn and the specific services requested. All quotes are valid for 7 days.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, credit card, and electronic transfers. An electronic invoice will be issued on completion of the job and must be paid within 7 days.
Scheduling
Services will be scheduled at a mutually agreeable time. Elysian Lawns and Gardens advocates for bi-weekly scheduling for all customers
Weather Conditions and exceptional circumstances.
We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. ELG’s does not work on public holidays so therefore customers will be rescheduled for a different day at the earliest convenience.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Liability
We take all reasonable precautions to protect your property. However, we are not liable for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions or hidden obstacles.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure that the lawn is accessible and clear of all obstacles, such as toys, furniture, vehicles ect… Elysian Lawns and gardens may mow around them or choose to move them which may incur an additional fee for the service.
Property Access.
Customers must provide full access to the property on scheduled service dates.
Property Damage
While we take all reasonable precautions to prevent damage during the provision of our services, we cannot be held liable for any damage to property that occurs as a result of:
Pre-existing conditions (e.g., hidden rocks, roots, or other obstacles in the lawn).
Unmarked or improperly marked underground utilities.
Natural wear and tear of the lawn or landscaping.
Any specific instructions given by the customer that may result in damage.
Customers are encouraged to inform us of any known issues or concerns regarding their property before services are rendered. In the event of accidental damage caused by our employees, we will assess the situation and take appropriate action to rectify the issue.
Pets
Pet faeces must be removed from lawn prior to service, as this is a potential health risk to the workers. Pets must be secured and out of service area.
Complaints
Any complaints should be directed to our management promptly. We aim to resolve issues quickly and satisfactorily.
Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
